The single most asked question in the Crêpecidre is the following: « Salidou? What is that? » In the meantime it is the favourite of sweet pancakes, so we thought to post an image of the new batch of salidou, alias caramel with salt butter.

La petite fête de la Saint-Sylvestre à la Crêpecidre. Un grand feu et vin chaud dans le chaudron juste à côté de la Buvette de Cergnement. Comme la Saint-Sylvestre était aussi une nuit avec la nouvelle lune, nous avons célébré ensemble la Voie Lactée au-dessus de nos têtes. Merci pour tous ceux qui ont pu venir!
Le premier souffle pour allumer le fue:
We had a small fiesta at New Year’s Eve at the Crêpecidre. A big bonfire and hot wine in the cauldron just at the side of the Buvette de Cergnement. As New Year’s Eve was also a night with the new moon we celebrated it together with the Milky Way above our heads. Thanks for everyone who could come!
